06/12/15: All change, all change please! Welcome to the brand spanking newly refurbished (yes refurbished, not just a lick of paint!) City of Quebec.
They have almost gutted the place and you would hardly recognise it now, with a new bright spacey interior, a revamped food menu that got our tastes buds tantalised and a brand new circular stage with big red theatre-style curtains for that grand dame entrance.
Mandy Gap had the pleasure of adorning the new stage and tickling the regular and new customers that this refurb has enticed. Even the bar staff are new and with new uniforms to boot, looking all swish and suave. Go and check it out for yourself!
They still have fantastic weekly cabaret and a great bar to wet your whistle.
