15/12/12: It’s always a wonderful thing when a new gar bar opens, and The Bridge in Clapham has maintained its attraction to bar goers and locals whilst giving those of a homosexual persuasion a shiny new watering hole to socialise in.
The Bridge has a great crowd and the venue was packed out last Saturday, with the sounds of DJ Nick Evans keeping the pumping pre Christmas party sprit going to 3am. The balloon arch was a wonderful welcome to this fabulous bar and the affordable drink prices that mean a night out here won’t break the bank!
What also makes The Bridge unique is the management team have gone to great lengths to keep the bar service at a very high level with enough scrumptious bar boys eager to pull you a pint or a ‘stiff’ short. The venue is also ideal for private parties with two groups of revellers taking advantage of the excellent vibe and swift service.
With regular themed nights, including the new Bear Tunnel on Thursdays, where pints are only £2.50, Peep Show on Wednesdays and Gay Bingo shows with the bubbly Barbara Bush on Sundays, there is something for all tastes. So head on down and get your festive cracker pulled!
