TWO BREWERS – GENERAL MANAGER JIMMY SMITH’S BIRTHDAY

17/09/10: Two Brewers’ guv’nor Jimmy let rip with a wild ‘Red Party’ bash in celebration of his birthday, as QX jumped into our best scarlet frocks for a night of cabaret-fuelled fun last Friday. Featuring a formidable line-up of London’s leading drag luminaries, highlights included tranny superstar Sandra laying into Two Brewers regulars, along with outrageous outings from the likes of Titti La Camp and Laquisha Jonz. Meanwhile, terrible trio, Masquerade, wowed the crowd with a full-on revue-style show, taking in everything from Motown to Gaga, by way of Cruella De Ville and the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. Elsewhere, DJ Littlejohn got the dance floor pounding with all our fave remixed chart smashes in the club bar, whilst a run of pop hits from Grant Wilkin guaranteed a good old birthday knees-up out front. Summer may be over but the capital’s party spirit continues undaunted. Check out the cabaret, DJ action and more at the Two Brewers – open seven nights a week!
