20/05/17: You know what gays are like. They can never be completely truthful about their birthday, always trying to make themselves that little bit younger. We’ve all done it. This weekend the boys behind that blokish night Brüt, having graduated from a monthly event at the Steelyard to a weekly bash at Bloc South and occasional gigs in Italy and Spain, were celebrating the club’s second anniversary (a couple of months late, in accordance to the aforementioned gay tradition). For the occasion they had filled the Electric in Brixton with a sea of burly guys (and their admirers). Frankly, we didn’t know where to look! There was an amazing line up of all their regular DJs to make everyone shake their furry booty till the wee hours, sexy gogos waggling their money-makers on stage to everyone’s delight and even a release of giant balloons. It have was huge fun. Many happy returns to Wayne and his burly team!
