23/03/19: For a night that’s on almost every week at the RVT, we’d have thought they’d started behaving by now. But NO! The Duckie crowd are just as raucous as they’ve ever been, bringing completely bombastic performers to the stage. It’s not easy to shock this Vauxhall crowd, but on Saturday they damn well managed it. It was a particularly attractive crowd there this week, which meant that while they were being bemused by a drag queen slamming herself on the Tavern stage that we got a proper scout of the talent. We spent the night making eyes at the cutie in the Spice Girls as mermaids T-Shirt but alas, ended up in that Uber home alone. He missed out on an intimate screening of the director’s cut of Spice World The Movie we had at 5am in our underwear, so shame on him.
