06/07/19: Notorious yearly Pride party Gay Shame descended on the RVT and the railway arch for its always debauched bash in honour of all things queer, tawdry and debauched. The theme this year was WE ARE LOST – it was all about regret, despondency and disco casualties. How fabulous. London Night Czar Amy Lamé was on hand dishing out quips and tunes, plus Vauxhall’s good, bad and ugly. Gay Shame is one of those parties that defies genre and conviction. You just have to head there, let go of your inhibitions and rely on spit and hope to get you through the night.
