05/02/11: With the plethora of Spanish and foreign club brands that regularly invade our shores for the purpose of pillage, it was refreshing last weekend to pop along to a real-life, London-born circuit party, Revolver, at Fire. Promoter Oliver M flew in La Demence’s amazing Ben Manson as guest DJ to accompany Guy Williams and Paul Heron in the refurb’d main room showcasing tribal, vocal, progressive and uplifting house, while Alessandro played for those who like it a bit harder in the mirror arch. Elektra Paris headed up an amazing high production dance troupe, acrobats performed amongst a ceiling littered with mirrored stars and sparkling LEDs above one of the sexiest crowd of hot guys we have seen in ages. After huge parties at The Scala and The Astoria, Revolvers new chapter at Fire is fantastic.
