28/01/11: It’s a poorly kept secret here at QX Towers, but if you were to flick through our browser favourites, the words ‘sports kit’ and ‘Lycra’ feature highly, so it was with much anticipation we jogged through Vauxhall last Friday for the re-launch of Sweat in Arch 2 of the Hoist. Wearing nowt but a small pair of tight Aussie Rules football shorts we pressed in to the venue and were immediately surrounded by guys in footie kit, trackies, jockstraps and even some in the buff, all circulating and cruising the maze and wet area. Upstairs Jonathan at Fetish Freak did a roaring trade in sports shorts for those who had no kit, and at only £2 or £2.50 for most drinks and free entry with the QX advert or flyer, this budget night delivered big time.
