01/06/19: Every so often there’s one of those quintessentially queer, quintessentially London parties that’s witchy, special and unforgettable in a way that captures the debauched, slightly mad heart of our always in flux LGBT scene. Put together by Dan Glass, Queer Tours Of London and Gay Liberation Front, This Is My Culture is an outdoor celebration of George Michael and his unapologetic sexuality, now in its third year. Fittingly, it takes place on the Hampstead Heath cruising grounds at a secret location, with a speaker blaring out George Michael tunes, free tequila, sheets emblazoned with fab slogans, and loads of super cute boys, girls, and everyone in between. WHAT’S NOT TO LOVE. If you fancy going to next year’s, follow ‘em on Facebook.
