This new production highlights the experiences of queer EU migrant voices in post-Brexit Britain. \nHave You Met Stan? tells a musical story involving bead-clenching Catholic mothers\, EU migration\, and shabby Irish pubs. \nThe play follows the emotional journey of two young immigrants – Séan from Ireland\, and Stan from Poland. \nSet in the early 2010s against a backdrop of “job stealing”\, anti-immigration campaigns\, and changing attitudes to homosexuality\, the story explores themes of identity\, trauma\, and the immigrant experience.
