01/12/13: Seeing as it was World AIDs Day, Ku Bar did their bit by throwing a fundraising auction. But this wasn’t just any auction, this was a half-naked homo auction!
The bar had been decked out in giant red ribbons while Vicki Vivacious flogged off the bar boys for a pretty penny. And anyone who thought the topless totty were cheap was proved wrong after one of them sold for over £700 (and that’s just a date, we don’t even geta fraction of that for a bumming on Grindr).
The auctioneer they’d hired was ever the professional, demanding the boys remove articles of clothing and asking whether they were “top or bottom” – he certainly knew how to get those wallets out.
They also sold a weekend in Paris and a tour of Downton Abbey, raising over £11,000 so far, with another event timed for Ku’s massive 18th Birthday party this Friday 6th December!
Unfortunately, we couldn’t afford the trip to Paris, but we slipped our number to the guy that could. “Échéant?”
*Bats lashes* Well done to Ku for raising a large amount of money for The Food Chain.
