February is LGBT History Month, and forum+ presents an excellent programme of activities and events celebrating Camden & Islington queer history. We’re all invited to explore LGBT history by participating in art workshops, exhibitions, guided walks, film screenings, history talks, spoken word, and more!

Camden and Islington’s rich queer history is highlighted in this exceptional collection of activities and events celebrating the culture and heritage of our local queer community. From celebrating the filmmaker Derek Jarman to queer history trails, from a Lesbian discussion group to the Loudest Whispers Exhibition, there is so much to enjoy this month.

LGBT History Month Theme

This year´s theme is Medicine – #UnderTheScope. It’s a call to celebrate LGBT people’s contributions to medicine and healthcare throughout history and today as we look ‘under the scope’ and learn about the lived experiences of our community.
