20/08/18: OH! We just absolutely friggin’ LOVE Friday nights at Comptons. It has that fun mix of young professional about to tear Soho a new one, and those older professionals just grabbing a quiet one… ‘one’ being one young professional. We always get distracted by that one bar guy over at Comptons, you know the one. He always makes the bar the front row of a gun show. Looks like he just climbed out from fixing his motorbike. Don’t think we’ve ever been able to remember our order. He shoots us a look and we have to pretend we thought “Marry Me” was the name of a cocktail…
