What’s on offer at Greenwich Pride?

There will be an outside bar, a stage, and street dancing. Hopefully, the weather will be fine for the event!

One of the highlights every year is the Michael Joyce Charity Drag Race, which raises essential funds for various charities. The event is hosted by drag queen legend Miss Aisles. Twelve Drag Queens will be performing on stage. Lively music by DJs Les and Matt will get everyone in the mood to dance.

About Ye Olde Rose & Crown Greenwich

Ye Olde Rose & Crown is pub that is located in the heart of Greenwich, next to the famous Greenwich Theatre. It has been an LGBTQI+ bar for many years and offers cocktails, wines, and a great selection of gins.

The pub also serves a menu with small plates, sharers, sandwiches, and main dishes. Pub classics including fish and chips, steak & ale pie, and on Sundays a great selection of Sunday roasts is available. Fabulous desserts include lemon tart and our personal favourite, sticky toffee pudding! Food is served on Monday to Saturday from 12 to 8 pm, except on a Sunday when it’s 12 to 7 pm.

Regular entertainment includes bingo hosted by Miss Aisles on a Tuesday, and regular drag shows on a Friday and Saturday night.

The pub is also dog-friendly, so you can bring your pooch along.
