Home Duke of Wellington

Gay Bar London: Duke of Wellington

Duke of Wellington has THREE glorious floors of bevvies and buff blokes, which explains why the place is constantly busy. There’s not often a time when one can’t saunter past and spy a bit of man crumpet as they spill out from the Duke of Welly’s door and onto the surrounding street. It’s also delightfully attitude-free, with guys of all types welcome to schmooze and booze, while enjoy delightful pop classics on the overhead screens. It’s also great for people watching, if you can snag yourself a table by the windows during the summer, that is. You’ll get a perfect seat for watching the daily performance that is Old Compton Street down at the Duke of Wellington. At the risk of sounding like Emma Bunton promoting Heart FM; go on, give it some Welly!

The Duke of Wellington
