So, tell me Ameriie, what’s with the two iis?
It’s just something I wanted to do is the best way to explain it. It’s been like that for 5 years, but of course not everyone knows that.
Right! Because you’ve been gone for a while?
Yes! To me it doesn’t feel that long, but obviously in the industry, three years is like a lifetime!
Tell me a bit about your new single!
Well, ‘What I Want’ is off the album ‘Billy’ coming out early next year. It’s high-energy, has the drums that I love, and that pop feel.
Are you excited about performing at G-A-Y?
I did it before and loved it! It’s all gonna be very high-energy!
