Look Good, Feel Gorgeous – The co-ord comeback! Tony Flynn on how to rock the men’s two-piece this season.

Lads let’s face it; good things come in pairs. Be it buses, the latest 2for1 offer on Crisco at your local Tesco or that hot Latino couple on Recon 0.2 miles away: we’re led to believe that life is all about matches.

The matching-mantra has now found a home in our 2018 summer wardrobes. From sleek stripe and slogan styles to on trend floral or animal prints in vibrant two-piece short co-ords, boiler suits, one-piece romper suits and even tracksuit sets – the men’s co-ord has become something of a craze this summer.

Earn major style points with QX’s guide on how to rock this summer’s must-have look.

A few years back, the idea of a two-piece combo would’ve instantly turned off the most open-minded of us.

However, in 2018 after years of being told to mix it up and avoid one block ensembles, the co-ord is the staple of every designer and retailers summer collection.

And one things for sure; the louder the print, the better – as J.Lo would say; “Let’s Get Loud.” Even though there are plenty of choices, there is still room for error in this style genre.

You need to match (see what I done there) your co-ord with your setting. Be it a pride event, music festival or a day checking out the local talent on Brighton beach – muted accessories such as trainers, backpacks or hats; are the way forward. Let the co-ord be the star of this show.
