Three men were filmed having sex together on the London Underground in front of shocked tube passengers. The incident took place last Febuary (2018) and two of the men involved plead guilty last week. They’re set to be sentenced next month.
Boyfriends Nicholas Mullan, 24, and George Mason, 35, decided to spice up their relationship by getting busy with a third man in the most public place possible. The three were filmed having ‘full sex, oral sex and masturbation in the presence of travelling members of the public’.
Prosecutor Victoria Murphy shared that the incident ‘appears to take place on the Northern Line between Leicester Square and London Waterloo’, which any Londoner will know is only 3 stops, meaning this was a very brief encounter.
Authorities were made aware of the incident after the video that was uploaded online was reported to Britsh Transport Police on the 19th of February.
Murphy shared that “This is a case of outraging public decency on a London Underground train.” People previously found guilty of similar crimes have been sentenced to fines, curfews and suspended jail sentences.
Now, we’re all about sex-positivity but we would advise against sex on the tube – partly because it’s illegal but also because the lighting is not very flattering.
