Oh, don’t you just LOVE a bit of theatre?! Here’s what’s coming up at the UK’s only LGBTQ+ theatre in 2020:

Four Play From 15th January

A humorous look at sex and relationship in the modern age. Exploring what it means to be committed in the 21stcentury, Jake Brunger’s play lands at Above the Stag at the direction of Matthew Iliffe. The play follows Rafe and Pete who are suffering a severe case of the seven-year itch. After a hand full of happy years together, their sexual curiosity is driving them apart. When propositioned by mutual friend Michael, it offers up a compelling conundrum, especially when Michael’s partner Andrew comes into the picture. What seems like a simple solution to a complicated situation soon spirals out of control.

The Morning After From 22nd January

There’s no avoiding the awkwardness of the morning after. Especially when you have no idea how you’ve ended up in a stranger’s bed. Peter Quilter’s comic play follows Thomas as he wakes up surprised and naked in a young man’s bed. Slowly the memories from the night before come trickling in.
