Bone Broth by Alex Taylor is a coming-of-age queer thriller. The young transmasculine character Ash transitions into adult employment by preparing bone broth, which is the backbone of the noodle bar’s menu. Quick to temper but passionate about his family’s secret recipe, the owner, Bug, entrusts Ash’s training to his co-workers: Honey, Blue, Sock, and Creamy.
