Created principally for Black men and people of colour within the LGBTQ+ community, the programme brings together London residents and international visitors for six days of music, nightlife, food, connection and Carnival energy.

This year’s programme includes private, intimate social gatherings, public parties, and larger collaborative events produced alongside Melanhaus, The Blackening, Deviant, Counter Culture, and other community partners.

Among the weekend’s principal public events are GAMES OF WILL, a social games night at Inamo Covent Garden; UNCENSORED, a high-energy Carnival Friday circuit party at The White Swan; SUMMER YARD, an open LGBTQ+ daytime social; and LONDON BASHMENT, the BMM × Deviant Carnival Sunday collaboration at Venue MOT.

UNCENSORED takes place at The White Swan on Friday 28 August from 10pm until 2am. Designed as an unapologetic Carnival Friday circuit party, it brings together a predominantly Black and POC queer crowd for four hours of music, movement and late-night energy.

On Saturday 29 August, Melanhaus presents SUMMER YARD from 2 pm until 6 pm. The open, public daytime social offers a more relaxed Carnival setting centred on music, drinks, conversation and community. Final venue information will be announced shortly.

On Sunday 30 August, Black Meat Market joins forces with Deviant for BASHMENT at Venue MOT from 10pm until 4am. The event combines the audiences and identities of both brands for a large-scale Carnival Sunday celebration powered by dancehall, bashment and queer nightlife energy.

The wider programme also includes the BLACKENING AUGUST MIXER at The Cock Tavern and GAMES OF WILL at Inamo Covent Garden, alongside a selection of private and invitation-only experiences.

Private events remain subject to Black Meat Market’s established verification and admission process. Purchasing a pass does not automatically waive the verification requirements associated with private events. Full information and individual event conditions are available through the official Carnival Weekend page.
