Embrace the flow of natural body movements to develop strength, flexibility and a peaceful state of mind. From dynamic, energising sequences to slow, serene movements and postures, Yoga classes balance movement and meditation to help you feel better inside and out.

To help you get the best from your session, we suggest that you wear lose, breathable workout clothes that allow you to bend and stretch comfortably. We suggest you bring an extra layer to keep warm during relaxation.

Yoga mats will be provided, changing rooms and water refill stations are available, but please bring your own water bottle.
