This one’s a gentle unwind after all the big Pride energy. A soft landing for queer folk to slow down, reflect and reconnect. There’s a queer meet and mingle beforehand, then we drop into a cacao journey, circle sharing and gentle yoga and movement to settle the body and calm the nervous system.

For any Gaga fans out there, this is the workshop for you. Expect lots of movement, ecstatic dance energy, free movement and improvisation, and then you’ll learn a dance routine to iconic Gaga anthems. This is for our inner child, this is for all the glory and none of the shame.
