The London Gay Men’s chorus are, as the name suggests, a London-based chorus group made up of gay men!

It was formed in 1991 by a group of six men, and has since grown to become Europe’s biggest, most famous, and most FABULOUS gay choir. Their repertoire varies from classic hymns, to deliciously camp covers of show tunes and pop favourites.

They’ve made numerous mainstream appearances in the public eye, including on Top Of The Pops, Comic Relief and Graham Norton! They’ve also performed at a plethora of iconic venues in the UK and further afield, including Heaven, The Royal Festival Hall, Sydney Opera House and the 02 Arena. How camp!

This year they sung a spine-tinglingly poignant rendition of Bridge Over Troubled Water at the Soho vigil in honour of the victims of the Orlando shootings.

2016 also marks their silver jubilee, at 25 years of singing!

This Christmas, they’re doing a special curated festive show, full of breathtaking harmonies and sparkling vocals. It’s called Homo Alone: A Christmas Story, and it’s running on 10th and 11th December at The Lost Theatre, 208 Wandsworth Road, SW8 2JU.
