Gay sauna Pleasuredrome is hotter and busier than ever

Waterloo recently saw the closure of XXL and with this the infamous cruise maze has now gone. But just down the road – 1 minute from Waterloo Station in fact – Pleasuredrome has its own rabbit warren of cruise fun. The last couple of Saturday nights at Pleasuredrome, since nearby XXL closed, has seen a queue of guys to go inside Pleasuredrome arches to get their, ummm…pleasure!

The whole venue is a rabbit warren of corridors connecting the steam rooms, saunas, private rooms and play areas. Able to cater for 380 men (that’s how many lockers there are) Pleasuredrome is a safe and sexy cruise zone if you are looking for real world encounters.

On Saturday nights sexy electronic dance music is pumped throughout the venue adding to the already steamy, dark atmosphere. Not many people realise this but Pleasuredrome is the only gay venue in the UK licenced to sell alcohol 24-hours a day. The fun never stops.

Another great thing about cruising on Saturday nights at Pleasuredrome, much like the XXL cruise zone, you will find a real variety of men – from bears, twinks and jocks, to different walks of life and nationalities – all under one roof. Attitude free. The £18 entry fee includes a locker and two towels. If you are 25-years-old and under with ID the entry fee is £13.

Pleasuredrome is at 124 Cornwall Road, SE1 8XE. Open 24 hours.
