akt is a charity that supports lgbtq+ young people aged 16-25 in the uk who are facing or experiencing homelessness or living in a hostile environment.

The impact of the pandemic on akt has included a significant increase in footfall into their services (at the height 107% increase London/43% nationally) and growth in more complex casework, including: mental health issues and domestic abuse focused work, alongside young people facing an increasing risk of eviction and joblessness.

In order to continue with their work, a genuine lifeline for so many young lgbtq+ young people, akt needs to raise funds. One way of doing that is by selling lgbtq+ designed face coverings.
