Haus of Dons presents a fantastic night of comedy and cabaret talent supporting akt, the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ Youth Homelessness Charity. This coming Monday, the 11th of December, at 21 Soho join Hans Off (Winner of Man Up!) as they host some of comedy’s biggest rising stars for a night of hilarious nonsense to raise money for LGBTQ+ young people.
Hans’ scandalous V.I.P.S entourage will indulge their audience with standup, alternative comedy, drag, dance, games, DJs and revelry.
akt is an LGBTQ+ charity supporting young people aged 16 to 25 who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. 24% of young people experiencing homelessness in the UK identify as LGBTQ+, and akt works with them to help them into happier and more stable housing and financial situations.
HÄUS OF DONS – birthed by actor, drag king, comedian and writer Daisy Doris May – bridges the gap between theatre and cabaret, producing immersive spectacles, with residencies at Soho Theatre, House of St Barnabas, The Box, and Soho Houses, and has been touring UK festivals with workshops, cabarets and walkabout shows.

Daisy spoke about the show and what akt’s impact means, “I’m buzzing to be putting on the first HÄNS & ViPS with an outrageous lineup. Expect a hybrid of comedy, cabaret and a weird experience that will take you through the queues of Berghain… 100% of all profits will be going to a charity close to my heart, supporting young LGBTQI+ folk in homeless or difficult situations.”
