The original idea for Homostash Arabic Edition 2 was cancelled during the pandemic and as things open up the team return with the Sunday early evening Homostash Rooftop Rave at Egg London.
Fusing the (hopefully) sunny outdoor terrace with a great cocktail of world music and Arabic beats alongside a second space playing techno sounds from some of the city’s ‘favourite’ queer DJs, this inclusive new event promises a breath of fresh air for the weekend and mixed clubbing.
World beats served by Seksu, Habibtati and the Blonde Spirit. Techno sounds by Anahita Shamsaei, Sertima, Pavliné, David Ramsay, Rozora and resident Tafkanik.
Kicking off after the Southbank’s Chosen Families event on the same day, the Homostash Rooftop Rave kicks off straight after at 5pm. Keeping its inclusive stance real, the Homostash team are donating a share of the tickets sales for Palestinian LGBTQ+ NGO alQaws.
