This Bitter Earth

Jun 30 @ 7:00 pm
£16
This Bitter Earth is directed by Billy Porter.

This Bitter Earth poses the question, “What is the real cost of standing on the sidelines?”.

The story is set in 2012, during the Million Hoodie March. Jesse, a young Black man, meets Neil, a young white man with a megaphone.

They begin dating, but as Neil becomes more involved in activism, Jesse remains outside that world.

Their relationship evolves amidst political demonstrations and social unrest, forcing them to confront the impact of the turmoil around them.
