Ted’s Place is an old style gay bar in Fulham, London. A lot can happen on this fast moving gay scene of ours. Venues and club nights can close down before you’ve even finished your dirty martini! West London especially was once a thriving gay Mecca of homoxial bars, but no more. So it’s comforting to know that a small but perfectly formed basement bar in the area is still pulling them in after several decades. As an aside, West London Queer Project put on lots of events in west London for our LGBTQ community.

Teds Place has men only nights on Tuesday and Friday. Plus they are open on Monday, Thursday and Friday, and the first Saturday of the month, when they run speciality nights – with several Trans, CD and TV nights.

Ted’s Place is run by the lovely Ted (surprise!). This cosy London basement bar is a place to call home for anyone who wants to cut loose and meet like-minded mates or dates. From T-Girl nights to cruising, there’s a lot to be found here!

What’s on at Ted’s Place?

Teds Place in London is open every day of the week except Wednesdays. On Monday they have Teds Local, a night for trans women, cross dressers, their admirers and gay men. Tuesday an underwear night, for gay men only. Friday night is Cruise Control, another gay men only night. Thursday and Sunday night are the popular trans women focused nights. On the first Saturday of the month, Dare is a night for those gay men who dare to go bare.
