MEMBERS is one of Berlin’s most sizzlin’ gay club nights, brought to you by the man behind the PASOmusic record label, which is celebrating ten years of fine tunes. Ahead of its return to East Bloc, Marc Miroir recalls the label’s ten best moments…

2. At that time we just loved nightclubs. We were running our own label parties in different cities in Germany. So you can say there was a little hype about PASO because of our crew, the following releases and the fans. Paso is well-known for discovering new, young talented artists like David Mayer. His release ‘Fortune’ on Paso climbed up to #2 in the Beatport charts.

4. In 2007 Paso and I moved to Berlin. It was a new personal and musical perspective for me. I started producing with Asem Shama.
5. Two years later my most successful record was released. It was Paso 014 called “Kraft” coming out with a huge Gregor Tresher remix.
6. In 2009, the year of ‘Kraft’, I met Max. With him I started running the MEMBERS party. We had the idea to start a new party, but we couldn´t find a proper location.
7. In 2012 my debut album ‘Hitting Home’ was released as the second album on PASO. It created great attention for me as a DJ and on PASO music. I had a European tour as well as an Australian and Asian club tour. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it.

9. In 2013 Sebrok decided to cut out of the music business. So I had the choice to end the label or to run it by myself. Now I´m very happy that I decided to run it alone. I started again with number 037 and signed a young duo from Germany. They have releases on Noir Music and are very talented. I´m glad to have them on board.
10. Now, PASO celebrates its 10th anniversary and its 40th single release. There will be a double 12” with tracks by Andreas Henneberg, Pascal FEOS, Asem Shama and more.
