This is an experience designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and achieve deep relaxation.
Suitable for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice, this workshop is a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself while also supporting queer people who are trying to get their lives back on track.
There is no movement component to this workshop – the focus is on breath and sound – you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in, and it’s an experience that’s suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Proceeds from this event will help Controlling Chemsex continue to provide free support to people who are struggling with issues related to the combination of drugs and sex.
Ticket price £20
Breath & Sound Healing Experience: Charity Workshop on Saturday 22 February, 3 pm – 4:30 pm, at TripSpace, Haggerston, London E8 4EA, United Kingdom.
If you can’t make it to the event on 22Feb, you can still support Controlling Chemsex by making a donation. They’re a registered charity and really need everyone’s help to continue their work – they rely on grants and donations to ensure that everyone can access the support that they need.
