It’s silly, spicy and oh-so steamy. Whether you’re a footie pro or allergic to all sports, it doesn’t matter because everyone is welcome.

Expect to hear: Ariana Grande, Beyoncé, Britney, Cardi B, Carly Rae Jepson, Cascada, Kylie, Khia, Lady Gaga, Missy Elliot, Chappell Roan, Charli XCX, Destiny’s Child, Doja Cat, Dua Lipa, Janelle Monae, Megan Thee Stallion, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Robyn, Romy, Kelis, Kim Petras, Muna, Paramore, Peggy Gou, ROSALIÍA, SOPHIE, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, t.A.T.u, Texas, Troye Sivan, Scissor Sisters, Sugababes PLUS lots more!

Murder On Zidane’s Floor is on Friday 30th August, 9pm – 2am at Signature Brew Haggerston, Railway Arches, 340 Acton Mews, London E8 4EA, United Kingdom.

All proceeds from the night go to the non-profit football club, Goal Diggers FC.

Who are Goal Digger FC

Goal Diggers FC is a trans-inclusive football team for women and non-binary people based in Hackney.

GDFC believes there is an “all” in football for a reason

GDFC was founded by Fleur Cousens in 2015 because she was fed up with being told football was a man’s game. The team’s main aim is to show that football does not need to be gendered – football is a sport for everyone.

They actively try to remove any barriers preventing a potential member from joining. One of these is cost. So through fundraising nights such as Murder On Zidane’s Floor, GDFC are able to implement a pay-what-you-can membership structure within their non-profit team.

Another barrier is ability. So the GDFC ethos is based on availability instead of ability – which fosters a uniquely encouraging environment, free from the inter-player rivalry that comes with ability-based selection. Members stay in the club for as long as they want instead of as long as their ability level allows. This adds a layer of stability and belonging and means GDFC becomes more than just a team, it becomes a community.

Please support them by joining their fundraising club night. It happens four times a year.
