The Riposte Queer Art Rave is clown themed. It’s techno rave with two dance floors, a performance space, installations around the rave hosting over 40 artists, and a playroom, and you are promised lots of surprises.
If everybody makes an effort, which we feel sure that they will, there will be over a thousand queers and major allies dressed up as clowns roaming the streets of EC1. So get ready with the makeup, exaggerate those lips and eyebrows, distort your face, and get ready to freak people out and have lots of fun while doing it. And don’t forget the costume!
What is Electrowerkz like?
Electrowerkz is a spacious 19th-century industrial warehouse split across five floors. It is built around a central courtyard and boasts a large glass atrium. The venue also has industry-leading lighting, sound rigs, and character in every walkway and corridor.
