05/11/16: Robot Rock didn’t waste any time getting the party started!

Epic headliner Mystery Jets indie rocked us with a killer *sigh* set which set the tempo nicely for the rest of the night. The mega line up didn’t stop with them. There was deep house from WD on the main floor and a soulful celebration ‘In the Basement’ as Etta James would say.

Just when you thought might be time to call it a night Madeline Rose Whitney & 7 Inch Max arrived in style to give us a lesson in what a dance floor looked like in the 50s and 60s with Funk, R&B, and some mind blowing screaming and wailing Sister Funk.

Kevin Clash knows music and class was in session. Black rock and roll, Rocksteady, Jump Blues. This party had everything all under one roof. Robot Rock was beyond mega.
