04/11/16: On Friday night, it was Jonny Woo’s Un-Royal Variety Show! It was THE place to be.

Names, names, names! Happy gay couples! Slogans like “World Health”, “No Pollution”, “Fashion Cares”.  Every rich bitch from New York…wait…sorry. That’s Ab Fab. We need to stop watching it drunk, because it filters down into our consciences too much.

RIGHT. Un-Royal Variety. Basically, Jonny Woo descended on the wonderful, shabby/chic Hackney Empire with a group of formidably talented miscreants to put on the best show this side of Brexit. Celebs, journos, Julias and The Kate Middleton Choir were all in attendence.

And afterwards, everyone high-heeled it over to The Glory for a characteristically INSANE after party, feat. streamers, stilettos and Stella (Artois, not McCartney). Our memories are really foggy tbh.

What we DO know is, The Glory wins at everything. Including Connect Four.
