There’s also a huge selection of magazine’s to choose from whilst you wait.
TAME THE BEAST
Whether it’s a classic wet shave or modern styling you desire, it’s worth noting that their barbers have an incredible reputation and a repertoire to serve all of your needs. As you enter you’ll be greeted warmly like a new family member coming into the fray and once you’re in the seat, your R.W.WOLF hair professional will consult you to understand what you’d like, what type of skin you have and advise you too. They want you to leave with a handsome head of hair as well as some handy grooming maintenance tips and techniques. I opted for the aptly named “Tame the Beast” service which included haircut, shave and beard design, eyebrow shape, face mask and massage. This service is by appointment only and costs £65 – pretty reasonable for what you receive. I didn’t want to leave the chair!
VERDICT
This is a pretty lavish experience for your average barber-goer when all you’re after is a short back and sides! However, saying that; don’t knock it until you’ve tried it (especially with the low price-tag). If you’re simply after that messy barnet being tended to then you can’t go wrong here (I can honestly say that my cut was one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time). If you’re an avid reader then you’ll have seen plenty of barbering experience reviews BUT bang-for-your-buck, this tops the lot. When you’re looking for one of the best cuts in London, you should look no further than R.W.Wolf.
