Roll up, roll up, for the hottest ticket in town this Friday! You thought Buz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge was an over-the-top infusion of psychedelic cabaret? Well you ain’t seen nothing yet! Brace yourself as Post Cabaret swings into town.
It’s all high-kicking and kicking off this Saturday at Post Bar over in Tottenham. If you haven’t been yet, it’s well worth the trip. There are loads of cool little creative hubs popping up in Tottenham, and The Post Bar is no exception – it’s full of cute fixtures and fittings, and a great, friendly team of staff.
Post Cabaret is their brand new cabaret showcase, transporting you to the roaring twenties with an international cast of circus and Vaudevillian superstars. Think lace gloves, swishing skirts, cigarette extenders and LOTS of hair wax. If you’ve got a sparkly clutch bag, you should probably bring that.
The night of vintage frivolity will be hosted by Joe Morose, with guests Ulrike Storch, Ruby Deshabille and Jonathan Finch, plus an afterparty with dancing and DJ Natty Bo until 2am.
