HE/HE/HE returns to London for one night only after a sell-out run at this year’s Brighton Fringe.
Puberty. So good, he did it twice.
With the help of Microsoft PowerPoint and Shania Twain, the DILF of London’s drag scene invites you to his 25-year-late gender reveal party.
A mash-up of drag, stand-up, and theatre, He/He/He is Indy Nile’s “slick, moving, honest, and absolutely hilarious”second-coming-of-age story. And there’s a lot he wants to get off his chest. Written and performed by Gabriel Harri, an actor and writer who is often seen performing as his clown alter-ego, Indy Nile. After winning The Gold Rush on OutTV in 2019, Gabriel has performed as Indy Nile at prestigious venues across the UK.
“Trans people are so often expected to lay their trauma out on stage. With He/He/He, I want to create a show where people can laugh with and at Indy Nile. Messiness and silliness are part of being human, and I want to show how messy, silly, joyous, and terrifying being trans can be. More importantly, I wanted to find an excuse to sing a stripped-down version of ‘Teenage Dirtbag’ to a paying audience”.
The writer, Gabriel Harris.
