West London Queer Party circuit classes

Changing rooms and lockers are available, bring your own padlock if you wish to use the lockers. Bring a towel and water bottle. Arrive in time to start at 8pm. Your instructor will demonstrate all activities and guide you through the workout as you work up a sweat and burn those calories.
