Old Ship
The Old Ship is lovely and cosy. It’s an independently run and very friendly pub in Limehouse. It’s so lovely that the loveliest of luvvies, Ian McKellen, has been known to pop in for a snifter! Now that’s out of the way, we can concentrate on the Old Ship’s other features. They’ve got a bevvy of traditional live cabaret every Sunday and Saturday.
You’ll see many of the big names in drag on the stage sometime in the month. When a heavy club night isn’t what you’re feeling then you just HAVE to check out Saturday nights at the Old Ship. Every Wednesday night, there’s a camp quiz to keep you entertained. Camp, classic and damn dramatic. What more could you ask for from your LGBTQ+ local?
The Old Ship opening times: Wed 12pm – 12am, Thu 12pm – 11pm, Fri 12pm – 12am, Sat 12pm – 12am, Sun 12pm – 12am, Mon 12pm – 10pm, Tue 12pm – 11pm.
