Matt Rogers at Soho Theatre 13 – 18 November. The Yuletide queer musical extravaganza you’ve been waiting for.

Matt Rogers, musical powerhouse and Variety ‘Comic to Watch’, brings his queer yuletide extravaganza, Have You Heard of Christmas? to Soho Theatre, Monday 13 to Saturday 18 November.

Following a hit US tour, Showtime special and praise in prominent US critics’ picks of the year, this will be the album’s UK premiere. Half Christmas album spoof, half dead serious homage, Matt’s ‘unique and subversive’ performance (Vanity Fair) is one to catch while you can.

Matt Rogers welcomes everyone to join him for a couple of drinks and confront yourself with the question: Have You Heard of Christmas?

Have You Heard of Christmas Reviews

“An instant queer classic” – Gay Times

“The Best Musical Comedy Special of 2022” – New York Times

“Sandra Bernhard’s comedy, Liza Minelli’s camp and Hugh Jackman’s showmanship [run] through Rogers’ rainbow-coloured tinsel” – Variety

Matt is best known for co-hosting the pop-culture comedy podcast Las Culturistas with Saturday Night Live’s Bowen Yang. He has previously won praise for his standout performance in the revolutionary queer romantic comedy Fire Island.
