Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or have never picked up a racket or a ball before, West London Queer Project’s free Sports Taster Sessions are the perfect way to try something new in a warm, welcoming environment.

This October and beyond, they’re offering a fantastic line-up of sports taster sessions including Touch Rugby, Cricket, Tennis, Football, Hockey, and Indoor Climbing.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, to get moving, and to enjoy some time outside (or indoors!).

WLQP believe in creating a safe and inclusive space where everyone can feel comfortable, regardless of their experience level. They want to make sure that everyone can join in on the fun, so all sessions are completely FREE! However, you’ll need to register beforehand so they can plan accordingly, especially for equipment and space.

So, grab your friends, or come solo – WLQP promises you’ll have a great time and might even make some new friends along the way! For more information and to register your interest, visit the West London Queer Project website.

WLQP can’t wait to see you there and share some laughter, excitement, and a little friendly competition. Let’s get together, stay active, and push ourselves while having a blast!

More About West London Queer Project

The West London Queer Project focuses on celebrating LGBTQ+ visibility and building an inclusive community. It creates spaces and events where everyone can feel a sense of belonging, where they can make enduring friendships. The project offers workshops, sports activities, and social gatherings that empower queer people to express their identities freely.

By collaborating with local organisations, WLQP addresses key issues like mental health, discrimination, and access to resources. It creates a supportive network for queer people in West London, helping individuals find the community they need. The West London Queer Project not only amplifies diverse voices but also fosters connection and solidarity, striving to enhance the overall well-being and acceptance of LGBTQ+ individuals in the area.
