08/02/15: Vauxhall’s most famous afterhours is back on the road again with a series of special events for 2015 and kicked off their out-of-this-world tour last weekend at the legendary Ministry of Sound.
A night (morning?) of aural legends saw the likes of D’Johnny and Gonzalo Rivas entertain the packed main room while the bar played host to Fat Tony and Sam DMS Londt back to back with Dayne Harper. Dressed in Manuel Albarran leather and metal corsetry, a battalion of chrome-plated, gladiatorial, Gaga-esque warriors stormed the stage with military precision in one of the most spectacular looking shows we have seen in London in many a year, while a crowd of shirts-off, tits-out, pumped-up, pec-perfect totty gyrated and cavorted beneath a sea of lasers. An extra-terrestrial extravaganza that punched all the right buttons and will have us in orbit for weeks to come.
