15/08/13: QX Club News hit the funky streets of East London as Dalston Superstore packed in the masses for a bumpin’, Bust Yo Nut, Saturday night mash-up last weekend.
Featuring two floors of cranked-out beats and day-glo craziness, a thrill-seeking crowd of incorrigible Eastsiders packed out the place into the miniscule hours with a non-stop party that had us throwing our hands up with the best of them.
Highlights upstairs saw the sensational John Sizzle working that platinum weave ‘n’ 80s jacket combo for superstar hosting duties, whilst resident DJ Mistamaker took on Feral is Kinky and Afwa with a nut-bustin’ attack at the decks.
Downstairs, the vintage sounds were in free-flow on the laser dancefloor for that full-on club classics experience from housemasters Nic Fischer and Cathal.
Back at ground level, the disco crush continued as we squeezed out front for a fag and watched the midnight multitude of weird and the wonderful folks parading along Kingsland Road. Check out Dalston’s tropical delights this Friday as Brazilian punk Cibelle and Colombian hero Isa GT pack South American heat at the Superstore for brand new night, Feeling Kunty!
