08/02/14: While we normally reserve our “cheat” days for the post-weekend, there is one treat we can never resist. Normally at a birthday bash you’d expect that to be cake, but everybody know that ain’t how Dish rolls, and we much prefer indulging in a cute club kid any day.
Q Boy kicked off the celebrations with a raunchy mix of R&B that got us working up a sweat like Joseph Fritzl on an episode of MTV Cribs. Borja Pena really got the party started in the main room as clothes flew off the clientele like baggage from the Buckaroo donkey. Hostess La Paquena (the only scene personality that changes her hair more often than Katie Price gets her baps out), became the only ginger we love more than Lindsay. The toned ManHunt boys were also on hand snapping the clubbers and passing out freebies
Ray Noir had us pouring it up with pop perfection while Cathal turned it up in the side room. Tom Stephan took to the decks for the final hours of sweaty skanking that had us thirstier than Katie Hopkins (actually, not sure we could EVER be that thirsty). And while East Bloc may have closed at the crack of dawn, we made sure that we continued on to celebrate Dish’s 2nd Birthday – well, we mean, it was only polite.
