2/5/15: XXL is the gay man’s playground; every Saturday filling to the brim with broadly built, bulky chunks and boyishly curious guys with keen sense of adventure – not to mention the ability to party BIG between the hours 10 to 7.
Big is what the frankly gargantuan SE London club has become synonymous with, both in and out of its sexually charged labyrinth of a red room at the back end of the cavernous network of dance and chill spaces. This time the theme was Kink, and getting trussed/tied-up to get turned on (and out) something the crowd that frequents the club is a dab hand at. Meanwhile, resident DJs Christian M, Joe Egg and co tended to the dirty bassline-needs of the baying, slaying crowd. As a commited weekend reveler what can I say? This place just has it all; so I’m sure you’ll hear from me again.
