QX RECOMMENDS : Pleasuredrome

Pleasuredrome Review by QX magazine.

Pleasuredrome review – we dive into London’s most luxurious sauna experience.

Pleasuredrome is one of London’s hidden gems. Conveniently located just down the road from one of the most famous train stations IN THE WORLD (Waterloo), it’s an oasis of heat and hedonism in an increasingly cold and conservative world.

Pleasuredrome sauna review in QX magazine. We love a gay sauna. Some may see it as retro, but there’s nothing like it. Sometimes, the apps don’t suffice. Pictures don’t show you whether you’ll have magnetism with someone. We need somebody with a human touch. Stop right now, thank you very much.

There are a few gay saunas to choose from in London, but Pleasuredrome is certainly one of the best. We love its shower area, whose ceiling shoots up so far into the dark that you just can’t see it, giving a sense of infinite possibilities.

We also love its clientele. A pleasing mix of cute South London boys, businessmen staying in swanky hotels in the area and adventurous tourists from all over.

They’ve had a revamp recently and now have deluxe pods that can be rented for between two and eight hours. They’ve got hotel style door entry – so if you’re feeling particularly bougie and want to treat you and a…”friend” to a luxe experience, it’s the perfect place.

Pleasuredrome sauna is at 124 Cornwall Road, SE1 8XE. Open 24 hours.
