Poppycock, Sandra and Lady Imelda take to the Brewers stage for a drag rager.

Oh the Brewers! Good ol’ Brewers, they can always be relied on for a knees up, and even more so if it’s for a good cause.

In honour of World AIDS Day this year, Clapham’s fab den of hedonism is throwing a big bash to raise money for local charity Wandsworth Oasis. Founded in 1989, Wandsworth Oasis provides support to those living with HIV. They’ve got eleven charity shops in South London, and also aim to challenge stigma. You can find out more about them at wandsworthoasis.org.uk.

On the night, there’ll be plenty of drag shenanigans of course, from scene legends like Sandra, Lady Imedla and Tanya Hyde, as well as bright new stars like Poppycock. Plus Karla Bear and Karen Williams as Elsie! Oh and tunes from DJ Demon.

So pin on a red ribbon and get yourself down to the Brewers on Sunday. It’s gonna be a camp one dears! QXTickets.com

World AIDS Day – Cabaret Charity Extravaganza is on Sunday 1st December at The Two Brewers, 114 Clapham High Street, SW4 7UJ. Free before 6pm, £5 donation after.
