11/07/19: Ah the Drag Roast. Along with the RVT and Terrence Higgins Trust, we here at QX Magazine have created a monster, if we do say so ourselves. A SEQUIN-STREWN, WIG-SNATCHING MONSTER. Every so often we team up with the RVT to throw a charity roast to raise money for the Terrence Higgins Trust. It’s always acid-tongued and side-splittingly insulting – isn’t all the best charity insulting?! No? This time it was the turn of Mrs Moore, with roasters Tia Kofi, Mary Mac and Lola Lasagne taking to the stage to give their two cents. As is always the case though, it was all done with love, and there was many a wet eye in the house by the end of things. Aaaw!
